Angel City Brewing utilizes Michael Bowe's award winning half-barrel brewing system to design and develop new beers.  Michael recently purchased Southern California Brewing in Torrance with its fine German Lager brewery capable of producing 8,000 barrels (16,000 kegs) a year.
